David is a first-year undergraduate student at Villanova University studying Civil Engineering. He is involved in engineering service-learning through the Villanova Engineering Service-Learning (VESL) program, where he work on sustainable agriculture and water infrastructure project in partnership with communities in the Navajo Nation. David is also involved with LPH for Special Olympics, Sidekicks, and intramural soccer and basketball. Currently, he is conducting undergraduate research focused on water quality and stormwater treatment to improve environmental outcomes by figuring out ways to remove PFAS contamination in water.
Research Interests: Sustainable water systems, stormwater management, water quality, environmental engineering, infrastructure for underserved communities.
